Miscellaneous Ramblings on a Thursday

While Snowden hides in Hong Kong and spouts something new every day, you almost have to ask yourself if this high school dropout is any worse than the MORONS who run this country!

Sure this guy has brought to our attention what is likely an out of control intelligence community, but, like most politicians, it seems he just likes to see his face on the tube!

The fact that someone who didn’t graduate high school could get a ‘Top Secret’ security clearance, get paid $122K annually, and still be able to flee the country without flags being raised, says something about said morons, doesn’t it?

At least his employer has taken him off the payroll, unlike Lois Lerner!

Yes our favorite IRS hack, not only told the American people she isn’t talking, but she REFUSED to resign, and because of the federal union she belongs to, it is almost impossible for us to fire her!

This women is on administrative leave. She is getting $170K Plus bonus from us. Minimally she is complicit in unfair practices, and refuses to tell us the truth about it. THIS is astounding! I think she should be in jail without pay until she comes clean; screw the union!

But alas, this is not the world we live in. That world, Obama’s world, is one of campaigning, and decieving. Incompetence and corruption. That is what has occurred in D.C. in recent years and certainly in recent months!

Not to be a partisan, but wasn’t the last democratic presidency riddled with scandal that did the country no good at all? I am old, so maybe my memory deceives me!

So here we are, not getting anything useful done in Washington, but we are having congressional hearings on (in no particular order) Benghazi, the NSA leaks, DOJ spying on reporters, Fast & Furious, the IRS targeting conservatives, Obamacare (to name a few!).

Is there anyone in the country, anyone at all that is satisfied with what is going on here? Anyone, other than Barack and Michelle?

In a laughable irony, Obama recently told the graduating class at Ohio State…..

Still, you’ll hear voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s the root of all our problems, even as they do their best to gum up the works; or that tyranny always lurks just around the corner. You should reject these voices….

I bet you wish we rejected those voices Mr. President. That quote reminds me of another…..

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!

Of course our leader would love for us to disregard all of the things that he and his cronies have perpetrated during his ‘Regime’. His big government, Chicago political machine has benefited nobody.

Unemployment is still around 8% (the longest it has ever remained this high no matter how long he blames Bush), the economy is STILL anemic at best (the slowest recovery on record), nothing gets done in Congress and he blames the republicans (even though his henchman Reid puts every republican offer in his desk drawer), Holder and the NSA are stomping on civil rights; nice job Obama!

Let’s be honest. On it’s best days, Washington is inept. The problem we face today is that D.C. doesn’t even resemble it’s best days!
