Here we go again! We have two weeks to come up with yet another ‘Continuing Resolution’ to fund our government; JEEZ! The liberals, who never saw an entitlement they didn’t like, are laying it on thick, trying to blame the GOP.
Memo to Nancy, Harry and the Dems: This would be unnecessary if you folks passed a budget last year; wouldn’t it? My suggestion is they shut-up and take their lumps.
The freshman legislators, fueled by the TEA Party, have had about enough. If the senate won’t get serious about cutting costs, I believe these young guns will let the government shut down; and I for one am all for it! The Congress can’t move forward on other important issues while Harry tries to protect ‘Cowboy Poetry’ and Nancy is all wrapped up in morality.
Think about how stupid it is for them to waste weeks, cut mere pittance from the budget, and have to do it all over again in another two weeks. Any legislator who would fight for NPR, Planned Parenthood or other ridiculous expenditures in this climate, ought to be removed from office (I hear they are looking for volunteers in Lybia!).
There is so much waste in Washington (no I am not talking about the liberals, though they fit into that category), that we could cut $100s of billions without hurting anybody (maybe the cowboy poets!). Let’s stop playing politics, and let’s get serious about setting this ship in the right direction!
Somebody needs to stand up and say. ‘ENOUGH is ENOUGH!’. Would all of us love to feed people who have no food; of course. Would we all love to house the homeless; certainly. As a country we have ALWAYS done this; ALWAYS! What we have not done is made this the job of government. Charity, which Americans are the best at in the world, is how we took care of social problems in the past.
Churches and orphanages and other organizations such as these is what took care of the needy. Now, not only does Washington do this, it CREATES the NEEDY. The social programs in this country encourage people to rely on handouts from the feds. Three years of unemployment insurance; you have got to be kidding me! This has got to stop.
You couldn’t find an orphanage if you wanted to today. Why have an orphanage when the government pays people to raise abandoned children badly? It is this sort of ridiculous, ‘We know better than everyone else’ CRAP that has sucked the life-blood out of this country!
Mr. Obama; you spout about creating jobs; correct? Here is a formula, cut $130 Billion or more from the budget as they are doing in the U.K. Reduce taxes. Stop regulating every blessed thing we do from light bulbs to seat belts. Then sit down, shut-up and watch as this country flourishes without Government Intervention!

Thanks Rita! There are millions of us who understand the problems and the solutions. Unfortunately many stay quiet and take what D.C. Dishes out. Not as many as before, but not as many are involved as should be! Thanks again.
